As much cash as u probably spend on whey u could be buyin real foods! I buy my weekly meals on Sunday and cook them all up Sunday night and that lasts me all week at work! Buy a few packages of beef round eye, turkey and chicken breasts and marinate them half the day then bake em for 30-40 mins. At the same time boil the sweet potatoes and then either mash em up or just cut em in half. Box it all up and u got your meals away from home for the week! I usually have 2 shakes a day bc of convenience or time but never more than 3 ever! Start mixing your shakes with egg whites instead of whole milk. The amount of breads, whole milk etc means u will put on some unwanted bf during cycle also so remember that! Skim milk bro!
