attack that "cortisol related" fat around my waist? I don't know what kind of fat I have but this is the first time in my life I see fat around my waist. I'm doing cardio, tracking calories (protein/carbs/fat) and fat seems to keep there...does YES burn this shit?

thanks docs!

this is more likely an insulin issue. is the belly distended at all? or it "soft" surface fat?

soft surface. Like a layer covering my mid abs and my love handles...But I'm an echto. Not overweight at all! lol...just the first time I have this little fat around and of course wanna get rid of it. I was wondering if it's age related? I'm 28.

Thanks macro!!

i hav the same problem but my stomach holds so much fat is not a joke whereas the rest of my bidy is prety lean though and defined. i do not why im like that but it takes me a long time of clean diet to lose a slight amount. am using yohimburn es and that kicks ass. makes a difference as so long as u train and eat clean.

I used Yes when i started working out.. got pics of my abs in my gallery.. and found it to be effective.. to get me that little bit closer to my goal..

not sure if it will help in your case but im glad i used it :)

I went through the same issue when I as 28, however I think the age is merely coincidental. Here is what I found out through trial and error.

For me it was a diet related issue. At the time I was keeping maticulous diet records and running a sweet nutritional analysis software program. Turns out that I can't lose that stubborn belly fat on a diet that is high in carbs. Once my body fat gets to a certain level my body stubbornly holds on to the fat. Restricting cals screwed with my LBM

What worked for me (like a charm) was changing the way I took in the macro nutrients. I found that if I stick to a high protein, moderate fat and low carb regime that the stubborn belly fat melts away. Got down to 6-7% BF while continuing to make strength and size gains. I have it down to a point where I can lose about 1-2 pounds of fat a week and and still build quality muscle. I know people are pretty militant about saying you can't reduce body fat and build muscle at the same time.... But, personal experience has proved otherwise. For me it all boils down to INSULIN MANAGEMENT via diet.

Maybe your body responds to macro nutrients the same way ? I'm not sure what your diet consists of but.....

Don't be afraid to experiment even if it flys in the face of conventional wisdom !!

Does YES work better on some types of fat than on others?

If so why?

Thanks
Because it works mainly on the fat that's held in your body by your A2 receptors. What people call estrogenic fat. It binds to these receptors and shuts them off, releasing the fat in the area that is holding it.

I just noticed something called "cutting gel" while browsing online. It looks like it's been out for a while but I have never come across it. How does YES compare to it/ how does it compare to YES ?
thanks

Utler,

What is the differece between A2 and Insulin related fat. How could you tell the difference and what is the best way to get rid of Insulin related fat?

Does T-Rex work better on Insulin related fat?

Thanks for all your help.

A2 fat is the last fat your body wants to let go of. It's very difficult to get rid of. What Yohimburn does is make your body release it. It tricks the A2 into shutting off by "binding" to it. The areas rich in A2 are generally love handles and abs in men and thighs, tri's, and glute in women.
T-Rex burns fat. It doesn't matter where or what kind it is. But if you apply YES while taking T-Rex the YES will release that A2 fat so the T-Rex can help you burn it off.

Insulin related fat can be everywhere but it concentrates in your gut.

so it is a cream you rub on?? hummm you rub it where you want to fat to go away at...

Is fat around your nipples...tits...estrogen related fat? Also, by insulin management, do you mean by keeping insulin as low as possible?
Thanks.
