Does Time on/Time off include PCT?

Just finished up a 10 weeker with tren and sust. Starting PCT 3 weeks from last sust shot and will run for a month or so. Perhaps a dumb question, but just wanted to ask as I'd like to follow the time on/time off rule, is it 10 weeks from my last shot before I can start another cycle, or 10 weeks plus the 3 weeks before PCT and the time for PCT? I think thats like 17 weeks.

i'm assuming this isn't your first cycle.. so what worked in the past?

when you cycle off you want to make sure your HPTA rebounds and then give it a bit longer just to make sure. blood tests help.

with tren or deca.. I recommend going time on = time off X2. with primo, mast you can go time on= time off. but always confirm with bloods

i ran a tren cycle over the spring and will not be running anything till this winter.. i want to keep my HPTA in good shape
 
Time on = time off only refers to steroids, not PCT. Youre of course more than welcome to extend the time off, that never hurts.
 
there is no rule you should give yourself a minimum of 8 weeks off though
 
For me personally I use the entire cycle of supplement with AAS and PCT as my time on...esepcially if you are running longing acting esters such as deca which have a long half life and remain in the body. I will do complete PCT and count that in my journal and then not start another cycle until the entire start to finish time period has passed.

I can tell you that has become sgnificantly easier for me since I have been using a test booster (natty) phyto serms 347 and a creatine supplement and recovery aid made by powerchews. This helps add fullness and assists in recovery from ballistic workouts. My strenght and mass gains are retained better...significantly better and I do not have a mental crash associated with feeling loss....

The whole time on/time off thing is just a made up hypothesis with no real validity. Even if your T levels are back to normal, the HPTA is still recovering for weeks afterward.

These days you can recover faster and better than ever using certain substances and not relying on stuff like nolvadex. (Which really does nothing to restore HPTA function.) Still, if you go back on too soon, too many times , you may be working at less than 100% efficiency.

If you cycle for more than 10 weeks, more than 4 times a year, it's safe to say that after a couple of years your HPTA will never be what it was. This is why you have guys going on HRT at age 35 and younger. I didn't need HRT until I was 47.

Also, with products like BRIDGE you can make excellent gains while off.

Guys who do shorter less frequent cycles always seem to look better than the guys who rely on the stuff non stop. And of course, those guys can never go natty because they'll lose everything.
 
Thanks for all the responses guys. I have only ever done 1 cycle per year, starting in 2003 and stopping in 2007. The cycle I'm just now finishing is my first in 4 years. I did things differently this time and the results are such that I'm anxious to do another when the time is right, hence the reason for this post. Normally, I'd just not worry about it for another year.

I think the bigger picture is what are you going to do to maintian those gains and even progress further. Like Nelson and I said...there are so many options...Bridge, phyto test, powerchews,peptides and many other supplements and nutritional products from our sponsors.
