...My plan is to be strong and ripped this summer. Since I know it's very hard to stay lean and get stronger I'm dieting hard core right now. Right now I'm 210 11%bf. Since the begiining of this week I've only be consuming about 2500 calories(still high protein) and have been running two miles eod. My plan is to keep this up for the next two week at least and see where I'm at. I've already lost almost five pounds. I'm still lifting hard and haven't really lost any strength yet. In a few week I'm going to be starting my cycle and although I'll be weaker, I'll also be a lot more cut. Is this(dieting hard before a cycle) what most of you guys do before a cycle in the summer. Once the cycle starts I plan on eating a little more, but still with a fairly low calories intake. How does this sound to you guys??
P.S. This is my first time trying to get cut up. It sucks, I hate getting weaker.
