Does this sound real?.......

I got some Naps here 5 mg....
They look similar to the Russian dbol.. except they are slightly thinner ad have triangles on one side... the back of the package says NAPOISM in blue. and there is a fancy looking "T" in a shield .. the shield is blue, and the "T" is the color of the foil.
any help would be great.. thanx bros!
