I am fairly big..about 6"2 250 pds...
I think my size is alright but my strength is lacking especially in the bench. I am fairly lean anywhere from 14-16% meaning i ain't a fat ass. So with the size i have shouldn't i have the potential to lift more than smaller guys than me who lift more or is it genetic?
