Does Prednisone lower sex drive?

Its a corticosteroid, Ive been on it for 8 days, 40mg for 5 days then 20mg 5 more days. I also got a shot of cortisol the first day I was at the doc. If you are a doctor or know about this please answer, thanks bros.

As far as I know they do not effect your sexual function in any way.

I never suffered any sexual sides and have was on and off it for months at a time over a 2 year period at doses up to 80mg/ED.

80mg sucked big time, I suppose on 120mg it just plaind fucked everything up. I was getting sick all the time myself cause it hampered the immune system, the whole experience sucked. Dbol aint got nothing on high dose prednisone bloat.

Yes, very true. One of the side effects of predisone is libido changes.

In had an auto-immune disease....polyartiritis nodosa...basically severe vasculitis. Thank god I've been in remission for over 5 years, it almost killed me.
