Does more sleep = better results

I know that sleep is important but how important, I get anywhere from 4 - 6 hrs a night and I'm wondering if I some how increase my sleep, will this make a big diffrence in my cycle??? .. I'm taking a Fin / Sust cycle right now, Has anyone tryed changing sleeping paterns to benfit their cycle???
 
You should try to get at least 8 hours of sleep. I know that I have better workouts, etc. when I have more sleep. Sleep/rest is very critical to success.
 
sleep is very important. bodybuilding is about 70% diet, 20% workout, and about 10% recovery (which is what you're doing when you sleep). Like Mickey said....it's when your body repairs your muscle tissue. I'd say you need 6-8 hours of sleep every night. Good Luck!!!
 
O forsure I know that sleep counts but I kind of figured sence A s is in the system maybe yu can still repair even if sleep isn't always sitting around 8 hrs... anyone have results to prove sleep is very important on A S Thanks for the replys Bro's

not only do you need at least 8 hrs but the level of sleep is most important also.its like riding an elevator theres level 1 eyelid movement while sleeping some turning,level 2 breathing slows.level 3 very deep sleep this is when the body's GH levels rise. RADAR
 
Sleep is always crucial IMO. I don't think that just because you are using gear means you can ignore the general rules of staying healthy and maximizing muscle gains.

That's for competitive bodybuilding. Training is way more important than tweaking the diet. If you aren't training correctly (i.e. using free weights, squating, DLing, Benching, long term consistent focus) then the food you eat means nothing to your physique other than BF levels.
