Hello, I'm trying to exactly pinpoint my calories/TDEE/BMR. My question is I have found some really accurate BMR calculators that consider your bf%. Basicly my question is should I take that number that is my "BMR" and boost it bc I am on juice? I am on 500mg test cyp and 525mg masteron EW. I know it seems like a dumb question but I actually have never ran across a discussion about it. Thanks!
