BIG STRONG Guy in the gym known him for while, anyway i brought some sustanon 250 of him Organon Pakistan Karachi oil based there NOT fake, he gave me packed needles too for free...probley by some because im naturally paranoid, he said to me best way for me as first time user is to upload for the first month taking 500mg per wk then to take 250mg per wk for the remaining 8 week , ...
is this best way because people in the UK seem to think so ?>
he also showed me Winstrol (STANOPLEX) 5mg ... he said by taking 3 tablets for 12wk would work great... though my research tells me 25/35mg average for 6 wks max..
... he said winstrol and sustanon work great together, i aint seen much people taking sustanon+winstrol so it cant be good mixture or im i wrong..?
any bros can help me out?? does he know what he talking about?
i probley just take sustanon as first time user with good PCT...

If that is all you can get your hands on, then you should stick with a test only cycle. You can make very good gains off of a test only cycle. Run the Sust. for 10wks/ 500mg/wk. Start nolvadex 2-3 weeks after your last inject. I would suggest looking for some Test-E or Cyp though, but that is really just my preference.
