non plats are not permitted sigs , digger has said himself before . if you watn a sig go plat support the site

Nope, actually Digger got on us for posting sigs while we were non plat ages ago.
When Ironangels first started I had my pseudo BB account and I was just hitting ctrl V to paste the Iron Angles signature.
Spongebob said how do you do that, and then he was doing it and Digger came down on him about that and gave a lecture about fake sigs.

Seems to be a passing fancy seeing as alot of people do that now and you cant turn it off. Figure he's freed his mind up for higher functions. But Hotzie is correct. The message was sent that sigs are only for plat members

nope , cuz i have never read the TOS . i was just goin off what admin has posted , i figured if anyone knew what they were talkin about they would.

arent non plats in the clubs allowed sigs

Semantics may be a sticking point to whose absolutely correct, but Hotzie is correct in the spirit of the EF law as given to us

Sigs are plat features, yes they are.

To use a pseudo cutnpaste of text over and over again as a signature, is by internet standards, not a signature

and i could see if he was a schooled long time ef vet with a sig grandfathered in from a time when non-plats had them, I could understand. or maybe a snafu when you got yearly bonus plat and they forget to shut your siglet off when you go back non-plat...but dude is a june 05 greenhorn...

Really Hammy, dont be a dumbass. Sigs are plat features, however he imbeds text or whatever is an isolated incident and/or/is not reflective of the fact that sigs are plat features.
End of story.

If you think that nonplats can have signatures then you are mistaken unless granted by a higher authority or at one time having been a Plat and had a signature and it expired and it was left up just like a larger avatar. STILL, plat features only but if you get a week long Plat on anniversary. You can put up a large avi and a sig and it will stay there after it expires.

Technically, you are incorrect that a nonplat can have a sig unless otherwise granted. A Plat can have a sig and have it last longer if his plat expires.

oderus ungus before the name change had a huge fuckin sig when he was non plat
goldenone - sig - esob- non plat

the sig always disppears for bonus plat or if your plat expires...the avatar stays big and the user title stays, but the sig goes...and dude is only a june 05'er, never been plat or had bonus plat (that i gather, in my lengthy research)

yeah and i pulled mr db, oderous (hmm what was his name before oderous??) and goldenone out of my ass as esob members that were/are nonplats that have had non plat sigs
i did all of that with a real quick search of the past 2 years of elite posters

Yeah, that was my point with Grandmaster and his join date of June 05 as I gave him Green last week. But b/c I figured he was a newbie I didnt red him.

So ESOB does not make sense. Regardless.
Point being, a newb has a sig. There are some obscure rules that I covered in my statements already of possibilities if reread. But sigs ARE plat features. The majority of pseudo-sigs are annoying cutnpastes that people have to read regardless if they turn sigs on or off.

Hence. People who dont want to read the same twiddle have to read the sig. as it is not a sig. but actually part of the text of the message.




Oh, and a sidenote. Oderus, I find your posts mildly brain damaging. Please come up with some new material. The stoner, I can be gross and scary deal died out in 1986.

Im meaning to cut through all of the bullshit special circumstances to get to the point. As I stated unless special circumstances apply, reread my posts. Sigs are for Plats only. Correct??

funny, I had his exact same signature up until this morning. But, the issue is that youre special circumstances fall into nothingness as I stated much earlier on> Unless specifically granted.
They are a feature of Plats only.

I dont see why you cant accept the fact that signatures are for plats only. Certain occasions by higher ups as I stated may have occured and no one is going to search through every member or group to care. But, the basic fundamental truth as relayed to US, spongebob and I, is that signatures are for Plats only.
Thats what DIgger told us.
So, you can bring up special circumstances all you want, but the exception never proves the rule meaning you are wrong in the context of the spirit of signature law.

nonplats have sigs, as far as i know anyone can join the esob, hell if grandmaster can get in it must not be too hard
yet you keep telling me that sigs is a plat only feature, but plenty of nonplats have sigs

Broly naion can't make sigs but I could have joined esob back when I found out about the "secret." I never cared for making a sig so I didn't join esob.
