Does creatine actually do anything?

First off, let me just say I am asking because I honestly have no idea. I don't know about any of the science behind it.

Now, the reason I am questioning it, is that I have heard from some peers and some medical professionals that creatine doesn't help you. In fact, it can actually be bad for your lifting.

They claim that the muscle increase from while you are on creatine will just leave as soon as you are off (due to the fact that it's not actually muscle, but just water and whatnot). Therefore, whatever you gain while on it is immediately lost after... so it doesn't actually help.

Kay so does it do anything?

Yes, it increase the ATP in your muscle which is stored energy that later you can use to stimulate muscle growth with heavy workouts.
Your peers and medical professionals are right in the sense that creatine gets stored in your muscle and makes you look fuller and maybe hold on some water but from experience I only take creatine on workout days and it works great without much bloat. I really think that there is no need to take creatine every day
As for the creatine being bad.....not so sure. I have taken creatine on and off for years without any issues. My blood work always came back great for kidneys values and creatinine levels.
Not saying that some doctors are right or wrong about this but I'm sure ppl who have some pre-existing conditions and take creatine may just put them over the edge in terms of their blood values

It causes PAC's (premature atrial contractions) in my heart.
Avoid creatine if you have any history of heart arrhythmia's.

I am not sure who your medical professionals are, but creatine has been the most researched supplement, and it has been shown to work.

I love it.

Yes, ATP stored energy is the primary source for musscle contractions with in a 1 - 2 min phase before you hit aerobic conditioning.

Yes it makes you fuller but infact the stored H2O is vital as well, though it may "just make you look fuller" it dosnt matter you want that water retention for the time anyhow that why they made it monohydrate...they didnt have to (infact there are certian creatines out there that are not)

Use it in 5g doses durring your day, cycle it, but do not load.

done

don't take creatine monohydrate .... unless you want bloating water retention ,etc.

take creatine ethyl ester hcl tablets. the ethyl ester ones won't cause any of that because of its structure. it is also lipophilic, so it interacts with the cell membrane in a better way and you need much less of it!

Creatine ethyl ester helps to regenerate ATP during high-intensity exercise, so that you can train longer and harder.

creatine ethyl ester is the same stuff in BSN's Celltech which is actually much better than that company's FAMOUS NO-XPLODE!

A good cheap one I use is from vitaminworld.com , it's a store in my local mall.

hope that one helped.

BSN's CellTech is garbage and arent they still getting sued anyways? lol

Anything that you can buy at GNC is commercialized garbage.

I haven't used Cell tech , but I know that Creatine ethyl ester isn't garbage - it's the best there is.

I have PURE CEE blue tabs in front of me, in the last couple days of using AGX Sports RAW MCC creatine and comparing it to the CEE I used, I dont see any difference at all, and I have no bloat with the MCC and it seems to accually be helping better with my recovery.

CEE works, but Im liking the MCC better as of right now. Ill let you know how it goes in the next few weeks, if I still stand by that statement.

"The best there is" is a strong statement, especially if you havent used EVERYTHING lol
