When you guys say back pump do you mean lower back pain? I've been taking Dbol and Test and when I do any kind of leg/back exercises my lower back gets so tight I can barely move and can't finish my workout.

Yes, it's increased blooflow to the area because of how the compounds work in your body. Its normal, and its a sign you should be drinking more water and popping more taurine throughout the day. Throw a banana into your diet too

Honestly I can control dbol back pumps by taking 1gram taurine and 1 potassium pill with each dose...which was 3x/day. So I was only taking 3g/day plus whatever was in my protein powder already. That plus water was fine for me. 10g is excessive IMO
