hey can this really happen? it as 0 calories can this be?> and also on low carbs can u kepp this up w/out cardio for life? instead of carbs can i replace them with efa's and good fats...not keto but is it ok to eat moderate fat when not on keto? im 120 lbs and eating 1300 calories a day consisting of 50 grams of healthy fats and 170 grams of protein..my carbs only come after weights in the form of some sugary treat,....is it ok
