Does anyone know how to cancel membership

I have been tring for months and with atleast 10 trys a week i have only received two responces and they never took care of the cancelation. I have email the support address and posted tickets and called many times and felt messages every time. I'm beginning to think they just ignore me to get my money. The only thing that i can think of is to cancel my credit card. If anybody who deals with the company i hope you read this and respond, before i do cancel my C.C.

call your credit card company and ask for the charges to
be disputed

well, if you pay via paypal, it's very easy, just stop the auto payments...
