does anyone have restless leg syndrome?

Lately a few times I thought I had a bug crawling on my leg but when i looked there wasn't anything there. sometimes i'm SURE, but there's nothing.
i looked it up, and either it's heroin/cocaine addiction (no), or restless leg syndrome.
so i looked up RLS and i don't have any urge to move my legs. In fact, I have urges to just sit here.

I was told by the sleep technician that did my sleep apnea tests that I show signs of it during sleep except I don't notice any discomfort from it. I'm not going to worry about it unless it causes problems.

i have never heard of a benzodiazepene causing side effects like that. if anything, the opposite should be true, and i used xanax for years.

i don't know. i went to sleep. when i woke up i felt fine. I did feel like there was a bug on me earlier, but there was so it's cool.

i don't really think it's that serious.
actually, in the shower this morning I was shaving my legs and noticed that one spot felt funny.
turns out I had a big clear sticker stuck to my leg. that may have been causing the itch.

(i know, how could i not notice a sticker on me? i don't know. same way my whole office was freaked out about a smell coming from the neighboring building and claimed it was so strong they couldn't breathe and I didn't smell it.)
