I was wondering what you guys take before bed, to either increase GH, and burn fat, or to build muscle while sleeping. Please post how much of what you take, such as protein, suppliments and fats, or even carbs.
i take with water about 1 hr before bed
2 scoops 100% optimum whey
10g l glutamine
5 pills of flax oil (helps slow the digestion and absorbtion of whey)
15 minutes before bed
3 caps of ZMA
this is my nightime blend , i know that whey isnt the greatest protein to take at night but the caps of flax oil are supposed to help slow down the absorbtion and digestion of whey.....
