Does anyone else have this problem?

I don't know about anywhere else...but down here in the south...we have been infested with ladybugs. Granted, they are cute little suckers...but I don't like seeing them crawling on walls, floors, lamps, radios, or anything else inside, for that matter.

I don't know how the suckers get in....but they are EVERYWHERE!!! It has been bad for about 3 months or so...and it just keeps getting worse and worse...

I can handle pretty much anything, but .....creepy crawly things freak me out.

Yes I've experienced that and didn't enjoy it one bit. At first it's kinda' cool ladybugs! YEA!

Then in a few days it's really creepy! I started walking around the house with the vacuum to remove the little suckers!

Just wait for a freeze that will take care of the problem!

Night Fly

A few years ago in SC, we had them real bad here. They would come in through any opening that happened to be in your house. Since houses here are built up about two to three feet off the ground(crawl space underneath the house) they would come up through the baseboards, closets, window sills...just everywhere. The funny thing about it, it would only happen to houses that were white(either vinyl siding or regular lap siding). Other houses such as brick or different colored vinyl siding were not affected. My house has white vinyl siding and we had a bad problem. Lasted most of the early and late spring and into early summer. It was horrible but what do you do? I know how you feel!

lady bugs? now? huh.

every 17 years or so the DC area gets INFESTED with Cicadas. They're related to locusts. Holy shit they're the size of your thumb or so, and they are everwhere. And man they make all kinds of noise. Then as the summer ends they die off. It's the damnedest thing.

I am from the north and I can tell you there are a whole different breed of bugs down here in the south. I'm not dealing with any bugs in my place now but I once saw something that was a cross between and a roach and beetle and it was huge. It knocked over an empty styrofoam cup.

one day at the end of last summer, all of the sudden i went in my room and it had hundreds of ladybugs! lol they crawled in through holes in my air conditioner. i don't like to kill things either, so i had to catch them all...lol i literally caught hundreds of ladybugs with cups..then i put them outside. i also took my air conditioner out of the window...
