Does anyone else hate India tech support?

I just called India tech support for my dsl. Didn't understand what the fuck the guy was saying. Anyone else ever have to deal with this?

Better yet, does anyone know of a good dsl service in Southern California that has tech support based in the U.S?

Actually we have dsl and cable in my household. I'm probably going to cancel the dsl and just wireless network all the computers off the cable.

Man I totally hate Indian telemarketers. They're very pushy. I understand that if they don't sell a package, they can't feed their village, but jesus christ I'm on my lunch break.

I'm not sure why you would pay for 2 forms of internet when there is a thing called a router that allows you to share internet among multiple computers.

I used to do a lot of online computer gaming. Sharing a connection with everyone else was unacceptable.

I still think having a wireless connection in the house might suck. Whenever we receive a telephone call from the cordless phone, the connection drops.

Don't know if this is what they did a couple weeks ago but we couldn't understand a fuckin word the bitch was sayin and we were in a real spot. So she transfered us.

I hate any type of tech support or customer service. First things out of my mouth after the long wait of pushing 1 for this asshole and 2 for that asshole- is LIVE AGENT..Then once a human gets on the line I come right out and say "can i speak to someone that speaks english please"

Ummmmh ... India tech support doesn't live in teh U.S.
