I'm having a problem with "leg day". I go in jacked up, ready to pump my legs up....and then within 20 minutes, I'm wiped! Today, I did 3 sets of squats and 2 sets of hack squats and that was it...I was feeling sick to my stomach and I think if I would've pushed further I would've tossed my cookies in the gym. This only happens on leg day....does anyone else go through this? Has anyone ever "solved" this problem? I can't let my legs get behind....
