Try other forms of lower or non-impact aerobic activity. Your joints will thank you BIGTIME.

Try walking uphill on the treadmill, using the stairmaster (rolling stairs) or eliptical.

Have you ever tried a rowing machine?!?

Running is TERRIBLE for the body PERIOD.

True story. When I used to personal train I would half-joke with my clients about having more sex. I would say it light-heartedly but meant every word.

The husbands (bf's) LOVED ME when I would advise their women to get jiggy w/their S/O more often as it burned so many calories.
