Does Anyone Else Feel This Way After A Binge????

HI I AM A NEW MEMBER AND I WOULD JUST LIKE TO KNOW HOW PEOPLE COPE WITH A BINGE OR A CHEAT DAY??? I AM 20 YEARS OLD 5 '1 AND ABOUT 108LBS MY BODY FAT IS ABOUT 8% I AM ALWAYS DIETING VERY STRICTLY I GUESS THAT IS DUE TO BEING ANEREXIC IN THE PAST I BINGE ABOUT ONCE EVERY 10-14 DAYS AND THEN I FEEL SO BAD AFTER IT ITS LIKE I CANT HANDLE THE GUILT AND I FEEL LIKE I HAVE RUINED ALL MY HARD WORK I WORK OUT 6 DAYS A WEEK AND DO 60 MIN OF CARDIO 5 DAYS I WEIGHT TRAIN 3 DAYS ON 1 DAY OFF I JUST FINISHED A CYCLE OF ANAVAR AND HAVE STARTED A LOW DOSE OF PROP IM JUST GIVING U GUYS A LITTLE INFO ABOUT ME!! AND ALSO I LOAD UP ON CLEN AND SUPER CLEN THROUGH OUT THE DAY OF MY BINGE I JUST BINGED SAT AND I FEEL HORRABLE AND IF YOUR ASKING YOURSELF WHY I DO THIS TO MYSELF I WAS TOLD BY MY DOCTOR IT IS A MUST TO EAT WHAT EVER WITH OUT WEIGHING MEASURING AND COUNTING CAL CARBS ETC....AT LEAST ONE DAY IM ON HIGH PRO LOW CARB DIET ANY ONE WITH SOME INSIGHT HELP PLEASE!!!!!!
 
1. You don't need all caps.
2. If you used a period every once in a while, it would be a heck of a lot easier to understand what you are saying.
3. If you are still anorexic, go get professional help. I don't know if that is what you said, but if not, then I don't know what you are asking.

I don't really feel guilty after a cheat day unless I went all out. I don't think one cheat day every two weeks or so will change your body that much. Just don't over do it on your cheat day.
 
Sweetie just chill, it is called a re-feed. It is okay you body and mind probably need it. You are 5'1 108 lbs and 8% BF. You sound super lean. Dont be so hard on yourself. Especially, since you were sick in the past. It is no big deal. EAT! And no sticking your finger down your throat either.. Take care
 
THANK YOU GUYS FOR ANSWERING ME. I HAVE A QUESTION THOUGH. WHAT WOULD BE OVER DOING IT TO YOU.I FEEL I DO AND THATS WHY I FEEL SO BAD. I HAVE BEEN HOSPITALIZED IN AN EATING DISORDER FACILITY FOR MY ANEREXIA. SO IM TRYING MY BEST TO KEEP MYSELF FROM RETURNING TO THE WAY I WAS. AND FOR 5 YEARS STRAIGHT I NEVER CHEATED ONCE SO I DONT WANT TO GO THAT FAR AND BE BACK AT SQUARE ONE.
 
MR - I don't think 1 full day of eating whatever you want every 10-14 days will hurt you much at all. I cheat atleast one day a week. I feel bad when it carries over into 2 though. Usually when friends are in town. Even when I do though, I still cut anything I put on w/in 2-3 days. And when I cheat I really cheat. Like half a cake at a time. So don't sweat it too much. I used to be fat, and now I'm around 8-9%bf, so I know where you're coming from. I'm scared to death of being fat again, but don't let it ruin your life. I'm sure you're hot:D !
 
Miss ripped, do you realize how many women would do anything to be at your body fat?

I used to have the same problem you had when I first really started dieting, the only thing that really helped was just living through it and looking at the results. Then I was able to chill some more.
Have you ever tried searching this site for some of the crazy cheat days people have posted on here? It always makes me feel a little bit better, although it probably makes me eat more sometimes. There are definately some good reads on the subject.
 
Cheating like that is ok once in awhile but you sound almost desperate in your posts.
Maybe one of the reasons why you are bingeing like that is because you are being too restrictive with your eaing during the week. You are bingeing because your brain is craving those foods. You may be starving yourself.
I would suggest really analyzing your eating habits and exercise and think about whether they are healthy. I don't think you need to see a doctor but it is always good to have someone to talk to.

8%!! Are you sure???? Are you fixing to compete or something???
That is a really low maintenance b/f level....thats definitely NOT healthy.......I think you should take a few more cheat days, or at least eat a little more....Seriously, I dont know any lady bb or fitness comp. that remain THAT lean......that lean doesn't look good other than onstage...and like I said isnt healthy.
