HI I AM A NEW MEMBER AND I WOULD JUST LIKE TO KNOW HOW PEOPLE COPE WITH A BINGE OR A CHEAT DAY??? I AM 20 YEARS OLD 5 '1 AND ABOUT 108LBS MY BODY FAT IS ABOUT 8% I AM ALWAYS DIETING VERY STRICTLY I GUESS THAT IS DUE TO BEING ANEREXIC IN THE PAST I BINGE ABOUT ONCE EVERY 10-14 DAYS AND THEN I FEEL SO BAD AFTER IT ITS LIKE I CANT HANDLE THE GUILT AND I FEEL LIKE I HAVE RUINED ALL MY HARD WORK I WORK OUT 6 DAYS A WEEK AND DO 60 MIN OF CARDIO 5 DAYS I WEIGHT TRAIN 3 DAYS ON 1 DAY OFF I JUST FINISHED A CYCLE OF ANAVAR AND HAVE STARTED A LOW DOSE OF PROP IM JUST GIVING U GUYS A LITTLE INFO ABOUT ME!! AND ALSO I LOAD UP ON CLEN AND SUPER CLEN THROUGH OUT THE DAY OF MY BINGE I JUST BINGED SAT AND I FEEL HORRABLE AND IF YOUR ASKING YOURSELF WHY I DO THIS TO MYSELF I WAS TOLD BY MY DOCTOR IT IS A MUST TO EAT WHAT EVER WITH OUT WEIGHING MEASURING AND COUNTING CAL CARBS ETC....AT LEAST ONE DAY IM ON HIGH PRO LOW CARB DIET ANY ONE WITH SOME INSIGHT HELP PLEASE!!!!!!
