Does anybody look at OZZY differently now?

I have always been an OZZY fan. I have seen him numerous times since the early 80's. His concerts have always been great and I always thought he was a "Madman" But in recent interviews and especially "The Osbournes" I see a pitifull broken down old man who would be lost if Sharon wasn't there to wash and dress him. I still dig Ozzy but you can tell he doesn't know where he is half the time. It almost looks like he's on the verge of Alzheimers. I guess he is on numerous prescribed drugs but it is just so sorry to see. Even his last "Live at Budokan" album I keep picturing him ljust standing there looking at a teleprompter so he can remember the lyrics to his songs. :(

i think the ozzy show was great for his popularity and $$$ perhaps

but horrible for his image - seing the price of darkness hobble around his house with a dysfunctionl family , perminent memory loss and parkinsons is not the way i would have pictured him

I will never view ozzy the same again, even though I was never a fan a thought his music overall sucks bigtime. It was never even his music,he was'nt a writer,he was just the puppet on the front lines that everyone thought was crazy:vampire:

Yeah, I thought he kind of an idiot before (but a cool dude when he was with Sabbath).

Now I'm convinced he's an idiot.

Nothing seems to cause more permanent damage than a combination of booze and prescription drugs. My first boss washed down handfulls of lithium, prozac, melerill and a bunch of other shit I can't remember with a couple of bottles of vodka a day. A lawyer wouldn't you know. He had the same shuffling, zombie walk and shaking hands and he was barely out of his thirties and had never done coke in his life. When you add in the fact that Ozzie was on the marching powder like a small suburb of LA for twenty years, I think he's actually in good shape for his age. Great plastic surgery too.

The wife is a cunt. And the two kids are supercilious Brits of the most irritating variety. She should be shot for capitalizing on the man's infirmities for cash like that. I mean they're only worth $60 million. It's not like they need the money.

I just can't believe he uses a teleprompter in concerts to remember lyrics.. when I saw that I was shocked.

Heck, I never liked him in the first place that much. And he really pissed me off when he pissed on the Alamo. You just don't deface Texas history like that with out getting an old fashion whoop ass. What a jerk.

The Alamo is a real place? I mean I saw the movie but I thought it was bullshit.

ozzy rules!!!

its a funny show but his kids are soo ugly and are probably the result of his heavy drug use.

Having seen about ten minutes of a single episode. I'd have to say that the show isn't funny.

It's not comedy. It's like laughing at retarded kids because they don't know they're acting retarded.

I can only imagine the guy was just as stupid in his youth, just more aware of his surroundings.

I always thought he walked that way from too much coke and acid.

The first time I saw the show and saw how he walked, I was like "damn, the guy's a cripple." Then I realized he's like 65 and someone who did more coke in his prime than George W. ;)

The man's broken down....

I remember hearing interviews with him in the 80's and he was fine. Then I heard him on Mark and Brian (radio show) a few years later and thought he was just fucking around making it hard to understand him when he talked. Found out it wasn't a joke and his talking and vocabulary are seriously fucked up. He's not the "Madman" anymore but the "Sadman".
