Does anybody else do this?

After doing my class this morning I did another hour or so of working out. I felt totally JACKED... people must think I'm crazy because I walk around in circles in between sets around whatever equipment I'm working with... it was crazy intense today I must've looked ridiculous. I only came home because I have to be chained to this damn computer to do more homework. But seriously... this walking around like I'm on speed business, anybody else do this?
 
normally I just am preparing for the next set... but today was... weird.

yes, I do it to guard whatever I'm using from that damn lurking old man who wants to do his 10 minute sets.
 
I like to walk around in circles talking to my self, sniff some amonia, bang my head on the wall then pick up a 10lb dumbell and curl it five times......

ex gay porn star at my gym (we say this because he has star tattoos on his shoulders and we call him star man) walks slowly and methodically around everyone elses working area staring hard with a "want a whale eye shot?" look on his face. thats gets our attention.

you mean the ones with "workout clothes" which never get washed and smell like serious armpits pre-sweating? not sure what you mean.

I feel your pain, I work out at the Y.M.C.A and its a magnet for the silver backs.....But its cheap and they have good equipment...

I am definately experiencing an increase in strength and size, but it seems to be more bulky than lean as I expected.

I'm wondering if I'm also retaining water.

not likely. might want to check your diet out.

true, but im assuming a low dose is being used, anywhere from 10 to 20mg a day. you still think that alone would cause water?

gotta record what your doing. see what works. everybody has different strengths when it comes to bodyfat mobilization. some can eat high carbs/low fat, some can do the opposite. some can go high protein/low carbs AND low fat. have to find what you can do and then maximize that strength.

depends. . .women definitely have a much stronger reaction to the jeewwz. . .even at low doses. . .i just assumed that if a woman was taking that route, she'd probably be incredibly serious about her diet. . .am i wrong?
 
Currently 10mg qd. I know it's my carb intake that is KILLING me, and I need to kick my own ass for not taking better control over it.

wasting time then using the gear. you should have a primed diet for on periods. make sure your next run is better prepared.

if you're going to put a male sex hormone derivative in your body (a pretty serious step for a woman. . .not passing judgement. . .just passing my humble opinion), then you should be serious enough about it to get your diet in check. . .unless your intent was to add some bulk (not likely), in which case, carry on. :)

I do a lot of cardio... I ride, so I'm out for hours at a time during the week. Now that the weather is nicer... that should also help.

my thoughts as well.

i can't imagine starting a cycle of anything like that if my diet wasn't spot on.

isn't that a waste of money and jeewws?

i haven't done anything (gear) and got retarded awesome results by changing my diet.

i think it all boils down to how dedicated a person is to the results they want. not the mere idea.

i am noticing now, because all my gear stops have been dried up and busted, that i can be just as successful without gear. so i wont be 5'5" 190 with a juiceball look, ill be 5'5" 175 ripped to shreds. its ok with me.

biggest physique changer in my opinion, efa's.

I do walk around on leg day more then other days, seems normal to me unless you slapping your hands and grunting while your walking.
