I've been eating like absolute shit (winter break, give me a break) and taking 300mg 7-keto a day to recover from my t-3 cycle and I notice i seem to be handeling carbs better.
Anybody else notice this?
BTW: If you plan on slacking on your diet for a week or two, I high reccomend taking 2 Thermorexin, 2 Liporexin and 75mg of 7-keto (or use p-7..I would..but I ran out :-( ) and 2-3 caps of R-ALA before each meal. Seriously, I've been eating Wendy's 2-3 times a day and actually leaning out. Ahh next week, back to college and tuna+flax, sad that I cant wait to eat healthy again.
