those arnt glands brotha, those are lymph nodes. Any time there is a swelling of the lymph system, theres is reason to be concearned. I would go to a doctor. Most likly its nothing at all, but there is always a chance it could be some type of cancer. Chances are slim, but better to be safe than sorry.

Gave me an antibiotic and sent me home. Thank God. He said if it didn't go away in a week then I need to come back in.
