Doc put me on vicoden...

This shit is the nastiest chemical ever put in my body. I would rather feel the pain than feel like I do w/that stuff. Gives me itchy hives, red blood shot eyes and I cannot keep any food down. I have been throwing up nonstop and I discontinued last night. Anyone elso get this type of reaction to vicoden?

I once had a hive type reation to it when I took it for fun. It made my palms and the bottoms of my feet, itch horribly. I have taken it since with no problem. Ask for a diff. pain killer. Maybe codiene would work better.

Funny, I was talking to my friend on the phone about how sick I was and he twenty minutes after we got of the phone my doorbell rang and he was like I will buy them off you. I gave them to him for free b/c he hooked me up w/xanax in the past. Vicoden and I don't agree...

i love vicodin, but from what you said you are probably allergic to them....I have known several people who were allergic and had similar expiriences. If I were you I'd call the doc and tell him so he can give you a different type of painkiller.

me too! my mom just had foot surgery and they gave her a bunch of them. I doubt she will even take 4 of them. Any time my parents have dental work...they never use the pain meds so me and my brother always swipe them
