Do your limbs;muscle, fall asleep

Do your limbs fall asleep often? Say if you lay down on the floor or just sit down and then you leg falls asleep.

oh yes all the time, while im asleep i ball up like a fetus and they go numb. also when im sitting indian style they do. and when im lying on my side with my arm extended and my head on my arm they do.

I've had my deltoid fall asleep a few times and it is infact a weird feeling. Ya fee like your an amputee lol.

I generally sleep on my side alot with my pillow folded over for more height other wise my shoulder cuts off my blood flow. I probably switch sides once an hour or more during the night because one arm is always going numb haha.

Years ago I rode in the back of a sports car (which really didn't have a back seat) for about an hour on the highway.

When I got out my buddy had to actually support me from falling down (stone cold sober), cause my body went numb from about my navel all the way down to my feet.

Ever had pins and needles on that much of your body!? My dick and nuts felt SOOOOO weird as I started to get the feeling back (hence the pins and needles). It took about 10 minutes before I could stand and about 15 before I could walk.

Fuck! Even my anus got pins and needles, the whole time I felt like I might have pissed and shit myself, but I wasn't quite sure.

if i sit indian style for 30 seconds my legs get the tingling feeling. i hate it, when i squat my arms get the same thing. 20 rep squats are rough for me cuz of that reason, its hard to focus when u cant feel the weight ur holding

sitting on the floor, my hips go numb. If i lay down on a hard floor for too long, my lower back goes numb, but i have a bad back.
I was getting an MRI for it last year and had to lay flat for an hour. When it was over, i couldn't move at all- completely paralized. the tech had to come in and pull me up and i just sat there for 10 minutes before i could even try to move.

My arms sometimes go numb at night but it is better these days than it used to be.

My limbs normally don't fall asleep, but when I went on PH last year my arm would constantly fall asleep when I went to bed and I would wakeup with a dead arm.

Was there any final research done on the cause of limbs going asleep?

I read way back when that researchers speculated it was caused by either compressing a nerve or compressing blood flow.

I dont think it's bloodflow, or your arm would be dead, kinda like frostbite.
