Me and tboy were thinking of having an EF comp between the two of us just to spur us on a bit. Anyway im 6,2 and about 195 @ 10.5 at the moment and hes 6,3 at 230. So its probably not gona be a fair fight but hes got the closest stats so he'll have to do! (see tboys recent progress posts complete with gay hat!)

Anyway here are my now pics with the final shots to be done at the end of march (i think, correct me if im wrong tboy)

I know im not huge (yet!) but consider that two years ago i was 6,2 and 135lbs i think ive come a long way and only done one light cycle so far. The next one is going to be big so by march im hoping to be at 215 if not more.

If anyone can look at his photos and then mine and give me any tips on what to concentrate on in order to beat him, id appriciate it!

And i know the front shot is a bit dark and crap but its the after pic that are going to count! Oh, and my lats arent as unequal as they look, i was standing a bit funny in that shot.

im just comming off a pretty bad arm injury, im not making excuses or anything its just going to be a major challange for me....wich im up for...
so with that being said ............

Rod555, Looking lean bro. I think your traps and your tris need a little more work. Your shoulders are looking good and with larger traps you would have a bigger "frame". Your tris would make your arm fuller too. As far as back, lower back needs work and your lats as well. Overall, you've got a good build and you're pretty lean so you should be able to fill up quite nicely.

Cheers bro, looking now, my lower back does look small, how do i do my lower back more then? i used to do hyper extensions but i used to get real bad cramps/pumps whatever afterwards. so i stopped doing them. And also i thought my triceps were ok sized! Ill try and concentrate on them some more though.

tboy, i cant do 8 weeks bro. my next cycle doesnt start till jan and i seriously doubt ill put much size on naturally till then, im just gona try and maintain. I was thinking of making this a longer term thing seeing as you said you were coming off an arm injury.

That may be true, but I am twice the size of some of these guys and I use half the steroids they do, since I'm on a very tight budget.

Anywho I plan on competing again this summer, so a trial run for dieting down would not hurt, if someone wants to issue a challenge. I'm 5'9" 235 about 10% bf right now, but holding a bit of water.
 
tboy, not looking bad either bro. I'd drop that hat though.lol. Anyway, you guys have very similar builds and this would be a very good contest. It would be great to see the end results.

I'd call you out but I am not yet worthy of calling out the BBF, though if I was 10% we'd have almost the same exact stats. I havn't checked my BF in a while (too ashamed) but last time i had a quality check done I was carrying around 213lbs of lean mass.

Maybe in a few monthe BBF :(
 
Rod, nice delts and peaks on the bi's,butyou need to really work on your chest and tris for this. Also add some deads and/or very heavy row's...you need more thickness in your back.

Tboy, you have him beat in the chest department, and have more density, but right now he has better biceps. Your bracialis is fine, but you need to beef up the belly of your biceps if you want to really solidify a victory. Do something about those puffy nips before the final pics also.

What do the wheels look like guys?

Rod555, you should do some seated rows (with very strict form). That will get your lower back going real good.

Thanks for the comments bro, i will concentrate on my chest some more (not a chore, i love chest days) i really didnt think my tris were that bad? I dont know whether its dodgy photos or not. Ill try and build em some more though. I thought it was my delts that needed the work!

Ive just started with the deads and heavy rows will be thrown in to try and build my back some more.

Tboy does weigh 30+ lbs more than me so he should have more density and i wouldnt be suprised if he beats me into the ground but its all in good fun!

Oh and BBF this is an upperbody contest due to tboy having injured legs/back or somthing and me having shamefully skinny legs which ive only recently started really training. By the final pics they should be ok so i may include them anyway even if theyre not gona be officially judged.

No, your delts look good. Keep doing what you are doing for them right now.

Its not an attention thread, me and tboy talked about this last week and so im trying to get shit started. And if i remember correctly, you said you were too busy?
And even if it was an attention thread, whats wrong with asking for CONSTRUCTIVE criticism, how else are you supposed to improve, i thought my tris were ok and delts needed work, now i know otherwise, lesson learned.

Yeah, I have to joke alot offline or people are intemedated by me, so I've learned to do this often. My friends all say I have a very dominant personality and demeanor... before I got into bodybuilding (which has only added to this), so I offset this by joking a lot.

Rod, One item that I have not seen anyone comment on is your forearms!...Put some meat on 'em (Rope rolls, wrist curls, and extentions) work them like you calves, BURN THE HELL OUT OF THEM!
Overall you have good shape, upper chest looks good but lower chest needs more mass, (Pec Deck Fly's, Decline bench, dips).

Traps only look a shade small in the double bi pose but not too bad.

Delts and bi's look good so keep doing what you are doing.

Tri's could stand a little more size to make the whole upper arm look bigger, remember to hit all three heads.

Keep up the good work bro and good luck with the contest! I tried to get in on this one but I was a little late I guess.
 
Legs?!!??! How come we can see the legs... they are the largest muscle group in the body after all.
*If either of you guys had your legs amputated and I missed it I will feel like a real asshole!

Im well up for it. just got back from the gym and busting my ass on deadlifts, those compound exercises give you a buzz like no other!

Slat, im not an amputee dont worry! tboy has got some injury which means he cant train his legs. Ive only been training my legs hardcore for about 3 months so they suck. This is a upper body comp but by the time the final pics are done my legs should be ok so i may include some pics even if they wont count towards the decision.

PMSL ha ha! you picked up on that huh?!!! Yes galaxy was the inspiration for the hat.
