Ok I am just coming off a 6 month cycle and i was training 6 days a wk the whole time. And now that I just came off & i'm starting to feel like shit. I'm thinking about pairing up some body parts and hitting the gym 4 days a wk to give my body more rests. Now when I'm natural i usually train 5 days a wk. But seems how i won't have any natural tests for about a month or so i figured if i paired up some muscle groups and just do some heavy sets for 4 days a wk and i'd be getting more rest. Then i'd be better off this way.
So who here thinks this is a good idea?
