Real broccoli can be injected with through a 23 gauge, no prob. It, like Winny, can also be orally administered.

But make no mistake! Many newbie's (which I'm sure you're not Rotten :) ) think all they gotta do is get some good broccoli and they're gonna get huge and ripped in no time. Not true!! Broccoli is very green, very nutritious, and unbelievable anabloic but it's not magic.

You've still gotta train hard and pay attention to proper nutrition...broccoli isn't everything bro.
 
I had to switch to Broccoli Isolate because of the Bloating and Gas...

I also heard that taking straight broccoli, without the cheese sauce, leaves you missing out on some EFA's...

I need a broccoli kit, the bros at my gym tell me to snort it but I dont think thats the best way.....
 
I saw him up close at the Olympia in 95 or 96, can't remember. It was after he got into a "car accident" or some kind of "accident:rolleyes: . Anyway, he looked half of what he used to. Did he gain it all back or are these pictures outdated?

I got a killer deal on broccoli from IP. Problem is that I think it is actually bamboo shoots or something. I e-mailed him back and he said I am being picky and bamboo shoots are much, much more anabolic anyway.

Taking broccoli with cheese is a big newbie no-no!! That has been a misconception for years.

Califlouer for the after broccoli cycle is always good to have on hand... just in case, y'know. The body's reaction to losing 500mg/week of greeny wholesomeness can be quite devastating for some. I suggest to have some cauliflower ready antime you come off a broccoli cycle involving over 200mg week.

That's another misconception. Either inject your broccoli or take it orally. (Personally I enjoy its vegan goodness and bulk intenstinal cleansing :) ) If you've not been in the game for too long, just keep eating, resting and training properly. You might want to try some juice first, just DON'T START BROCCOLI TOO EARLY, IT"S NOT WORTH IT!!! I know you're veteran dave, so the choice is yours.
