Does anyone think its possible for me to be ripped by around summertime if I start cutting this week? my bf was tested at 22%:bawling: :bawling:

if i start off now do you think its possible?

Yes.
Since you have a significant amount of bodyfat right now, I would recommend that you cut carbs significantly during the week to less then 30 grams and then refeed on Saturday and Sunday at 20% above maintenance calories.

As Par Deus recommends, refeed on high GI carbs- I eat a lot of frozen fat free products like froyo and italian ice because these are the things that I crave.

As your bodyfat decreases significantly-(probably around mid-april), and it will significantly decrease on this diet- you will find it harder to lose on low-carb. This is because your leptin levels will drop significantly as you become leaner. As this happens, I would refeed more often.

Right now I am refeeding every 2 or 3 days depending on how I feel. I am so excited about this diet because I feel as though I will be able to stay lean for life and eat the foods that I want to eat. It's the best of both worlds with minimal restriction.

Only a week ago I didn't believe in refeeding often, now I don'[t think I could live without it.

i think it is definitely possible, lets see it is march, you have three months till summer, you might not be able to get completely ripped like 6% or somethingl ike that, though you can take that bf% down to 10 definitely i think. i wouldnt do any refeeds though for mabye 4-6 weeks into the diet though, as you are at a very high bodyfat% right now, and your leptin levels are very high already. just go on a diet of 15Xbw-500 cals at least, you can either try a diet like crums, i cant tell you results of this from experience, or use a standard one such as 50/30/20 pro/carbs/fat. as long as you keep a deficit in cals in your diet, be strict to your diet, make a good solid diet avoiding the foods you know you shouldnt eat such as sugars, fruits, trans and sat fats, etc, and incorporate maybe 3-4 30 min cardio sessions each week, it is very possible. if you ened help with a diet just list the one you are currently using.

To be honest... I doubt it. Unless you are willing to sacrifice a good amount of muscle in the process. To get down to 6% BF in 3 months from 22% BF now, the amount of dieting and cardio you'll have to commit to will cut down on your lean muscle mass too.

I'd say a realistic goal would be 13-15% BF depending on how hard you train.

Realize to achieve even around 13% BF will require a strict diet, and almost no cheat days. It isn't only about the training regime.
