Like I said in the post before, dbol works like an oral insulin-enhancing agent. It mainly does this by affecting glucocorticoid receptors. This increases the body's reservoir of glucose for anabolic processes (an insulin parameter called Sg), and it also increases the initial phase of insulin response to a meal (another insulin parameter called Phi1). [Clin Sci (Lond). 1986 Dec;71(6):665-73. Godsland IF, Shennan NM, Wynn V. "Insulin action and dynamics modelled in patients taking the anabolic steroid methandienone (Dianabol)."] It increases insulin's utility. This effect would be maximized at the peak blood level of a dose. So taking it when you want it to function most, throughout the day with your meals, makes the most sense. Now, there is also a testosterone spiking effect with dbol, and some IGF increases etc, but these things are less directly related to the peak blood levels and would be harder to predict time-wise anyway, and none of those minor associations explain why dbol is so unique in it's anabolic properties like the insulin theory does. Also, if you are taking test with your dbol, you are flattening out any dbol waves in a sea of testoserone. Dbol should be spread throughout the day. The old guys used to eat a heavy morning meal (taking some good advantage of dbol) and they used the CNS rush to increase the intensity of their morning workouts. But these days, it's probably best, knowing what we know, to spread it out.
