Do you take your Dbols in the morning?

if youre taking 15 mg/day should you spread it out 5 mg every 4 hours? (note: i dont have enough money to take more)

What do you recommend I do? I go to sleep at 8:00 A.M. wake up around 4:00 P.M. and work out at 5:00 P.M.
 
yeah what MAJ said, also remember that to sleep is to grow, this IS when your body does its asimilation stuff healing brokendown tissue into MASS!

I challenge ANYONE, to take their dball in one doe and tell me the gains suffered. Myself and EVERYONE i know complained that when they took it in split dosages it took so much longer for it finally tell then it's working. Up to 2-3 weeks. Yes we all gained weight but it did not feel like you were on. With the once per day dosing you fealt great the first week and the muscles filled out and continued to do so the remainder of the cycle.

Splitting the dosage also made some feel like it might have been fake. The point i am making is that there's a lot more to the human body we don't even come close to understanding, so using strictly half lifes as a guide is faulty in this case as there's enough reports to say it's not the most efficinent with something like dbal. It was called the BREAKFAST of champions for a reason, take it all in one dose for 2 weeks and you'll see, trust me.

i see your point but i was thinking, do you think it is possible to get the best of both worlds? let's say one was to take 5mg in the morning then 20mg 2 hours before work out, and finally 5mg later at night to try and keep some in the system throughout the day. the majority of the dbol would be taken pre workout but there would still be some in the system for the body to use when you eat and during recovery. let me know what you think.

That would be splitting up the dosage. Keep it simple and just take it all at once. You'll make outstanding gains taking it all at once. Try it and see.

hey bro, i am on day 4 of 25mg a day i take 10 in the am, 10mg mid afternoon, and 5 at night. you think i should wait and see how it's going or make the switch now?

here's a possibility though:

with once a day dosing, you have higher peak levels so more aromatization = more E = more water quickly, and thru-out the cycle. that would explain the greater sensation of being "on" and being filled out. The thing to compare with your once-vs-spread cycles was how much of the weight gained was kept after you pissed out the water at the end of the cycle?

iow, perhaps the once a day approach might lead to more water/pumped muscles during the cycle, but the spread approach might lead to more actual muscle gained.
