Do you take your Dbols in the morning?

I read that the best thing to do is take them all in the morning but i read a couple of people saying they split the dosage through the day. I'm taking 20 mg should I take them all in the mrning or split up the dosage thnx! Also I'm taking Anavar with it should I split up the Var or take that all at once also? I'm taking 35 mg of Var

Split both up evenly throughout the day.
 
dbol, breakfast of champions , personally, i took mine throughout the day so the dosages would be evenly spread out
 
FYI - you split them evenly to keep blood levels even throughout the day (i.e. don't want a whole lot and then nothing in your system for an extended period). Dbol has a half-life of somewhere in the 3-4 hour neighborhood so it is critical to not take them all at once.
 
I would say you want more mg in your system before your workout so your blood levels are higher, no reason to have high blood levels when you're sleeping, this is what I've heard. It's something to consider
 
Do not split the dosages throughout the day. Take it all at once. I know there's the shorter half life thing, and that's why it's thought to be better to split the dosages, but most veterans that tired taking it both ways, including myself, found it actually worked much better and faster with a single morning dose. It may have to do with it coninsiding with the morning test spike, but either way it works much better that way in practice. I took all my dbal @ 5:30 AM, trained at 1:00 PM and gained 30 lbs in 7 weeks.
 
Except of course that the majority of recovery/growth occurs at night along with a natural test rising throughout the night and to the morning (now totally supressed by dbol). Also, GH is released during sleep.

The only benefit to dosing it before training is the CNS stimulation from the androgens (not insignificant but not worth having low blood levels throughout the remainder of the 24 hour period).
 
definitely over the day split up evenly. It works through nitrogen retention, which basically means absorbing more of what you eat, so you want it in your body all day long while you are eating, so you can get the most of ALL your meals. Taking it just prior to training is just an ego thing so you may be able to lift more....do you want to gain muscle or show off at the gym??
