Do you really need supplements for Bodybuilding?

supps are KEY to progress bro

yes u COULD get enough creatine,protein, vitamins and minerals etc etc etc on your own(just naming basic supps for example)

but truth be told..its soo much extra work with diet and extra effort, not to mention most people would have to learn soo much more about diet and eating patterns etc etc ..MOST people that work out wouldn't EVER get optimal amounts of these supps . Even those that WOULD, the extra money that is spent on supps is well worth it just for saving the HUGE amount of extra effort and time
 
im really not as experienced with supps or prohormones or steroids but i can say that i believe your personal goals would determine if you want to use anything but good old fashioned hard work and iron to reach them. for instance if you were trying to compete of course using the most powerful steroids would probably be the only way you would be successful. if you are just determined to be healthy then maybe just eating right would be fine for that goal. I have used creatine, protein, superdrol, and different pre workout no powders. and dear god every one of them has boosted my performance size and strength by tons.

however i do not recommend superdrol unless your very up to date with your gear and pct it seems to be very prone to give gyno so be careful!!!
 
SUpps have always been a part of the bodybuilding lifestyle. The problem is, in the 90's there were a bunch that were claiming to be replacement for steroids and that was bogus. You don't need a million of them but some of the newer ones are a huge advantage. Hell, I would have killed to have BIG BLAST and UNLEASHED and BRIDGE but in my 30's when I was natty.
