Keeping the lifts def helps, but making any headway requires intensity. On any given day I prolly don't have the intensity I need ot make a gain... save the 5% of days that are special. the other 95% are just maintaining...
i worked out on 2 hrs sleep today. i had a bad toothe ache and couldnt sleep. anyhow. i wasnt up to par but im glad i lifted. and my dumb ass went heavy. i should have stayed light today
