Do you lie about using steriods?

I'm in college right now and date quite a bit. I never tell a girl that I just started seeing that I take them, or that I ever have. Most people are ignorant about the subject and think it turns you into some kind of raging lunatic. Girls also tend to talk a lot, and it seems that every girl I date knows someone who knows me, whether it be a friend I dated, old neighbor, someone I had class with, etc, etc. I don't want it getting out into different circles of people that I'm juicing because it could reduce my chances with other girls. I don't want to meet some chick and have her friend who knows me telling her 'oh, I heard he takes steroids', you know what I mean? But if I'm in a serious relationship with someone I'll tell her if she asks.

If you're really close to your girlfriend, sure. But sometimes they turn out to be the biggest bitches when you break up, and they might just be mean enough to tell everybody.

Never tell people in the gym. Soon you'll be known as the local 'roidhead, everybody will ask you to hook them up, and some idiot might call the cops.

I see your point. I agree. I wouldnt tell anybody at the gym, but I'm just saying I don't care if they "assume" things.

I agree 100% with Carth. I sat my wife down and told her that I was going start using. Her initial responce was anger, but after educating her it was all good. Dont be scared.

I'm honest with my use. However, I haven't taken anything illegal in about five years so it's not a big deal. I stopped using for my ex-wife when we started dating, there are health risks regardless and we were in a serious relationship so I had to consider her.

No. I haven't lied about using steroids, but then again no one has asked me "are you using steroids?". I have been asked if I am "all natural"..and I say no, b/c I am taking protien..etc... LOL..

Anyways. My GF of 5 yearshas issues with me using creatine, and she refuses to listen to me when I try to educate her on it.

So if she is freaking out about creatine, why even waste my time trying to convince her that steroids are OK?
