do you guys feel like failures when u get home from the gym?

I hate doing biceps when I'm cycling.. when I get home I have to drink out of a straw b/c I'm pumping so hard it hurts to bend my arms

Dude, I know that feeling from many moon pies ago.
 
i don't care about pushing myself in the least. i go there hoping to get another rep or two, or go up in weight on a movement. if i feel like i'm getting even a little stronger, i'd never feel like a failure. if i don't, however, then i'm disappointed.

lol yeah, after anything that involves arms i usally cant bend,

i dont even try and touch my back anymore, workout day or not

ya it sucks so bad but I love it.. if I don't get that feeling I get all the previously described feelings

I hate having to try and shake my protein drink after biceps, its torture.
