man when i am bulking i will throw down taco bell before bed..i just dont care. anything to make me gain weight. it is hard as hell to eat over 7,000 calories a day and eat clean.
im the kind of bodytype that just doesnt gain fat (lets see if im saying that at 40... lol) so i just eat everything i can
but part of my diet is i eat 4 packs of quacker oatmeal and a protein shake right before bed
if you dont what the fat gains stick with protein, also when you take in carbs you insulin goes up and thats the last thing you want to do at night since that is when your gh levels peak (during your sleep); gh and insulin cant be at optimum levels at the same time since they are antagonistic to each other
