I swear this is physically and mentally addictive. I felt like crap all weekend from doing nothing. Go to the gym, realize just what a badass I still am and feel on top of the world. Did legs, chest, triceps, and then ran on the treadmill, did the stairstepper and then back on the treadmill at 8.5 mph for a few minutes. Hardly broke a sweat until that last few minutes. Then worked neck and forearms.

yes ..love the work out rush

What does that mean? I was only joking about the badass part. Sort of. haha.

Oh I was just saying YES! to the thread title.

I only really get it when i've pushed myself hard...usually after running outside!

It's been getting warmer here, and Saturday morning was awesome, I went running on my cross country trail.....such an amazing feeling especially since I hadn't run in so long, and it felt so good like I was back in the fall doing my favorite sport again.

I dunno about all that. Leg day for me = pain and alot of it
More tiring the 8 hours of work

The pain gets me the next day and sometimes for 2 days after.

You're a sweet girl. What are you doing in here with all these dogs? Running is great. Nothing else compares to it for cardio, for me.

workouts gets me turning into the hulk! Minus the green effect tho. lol.

Whenever I'm in town I'll rally the lads together for a 10 km run in the park. Afterwards we'll sit in the sunshine watching the sweeties doing their aerobics session balancing the exercise with a couple of bottles of Chang. That one beer buzz always makes me feel like a teenager again.
