well there is obviously a sub concious reason,and its usually stress from something you think isnt bothering you,but deep down it is

Guys have just as many emotions as women, just that society teaches them not to talk about it. Women are much better off b/c when they feel bad they have other women to talk to and get support while guys do not. I know alot of guys that are way worse off in breakups than what the woman goes through.

Yes. There are times when I really can't pinpoint why and then there are also times when I tell myself I dont know what's bugging me but I really do and don't want to acknowledge it or admit it to myself. In those times, I can't even write about it because to write down the feelings would make them real and mean they really do exist :/

I'm an emotional guy, so about once a year it gets to be too much & I do. Just a build up over the last year. I have to be the rock in my fambly, so I'm usually supporting everyone else. I time it though so I'm in the shower & no one can hear. Wifey would be even more upset if she heard me. :bawling:
