I cussed way too much when I was in the Air Force. Everybody does, it's part of the culture. My (ex)wife had to call me on it before I realized how bad it had gotten.

You may find it hard to stop cussing when you get around your kids and may have to bite the bullet and try and limit(not stop) cussing in general.

I kept slipping up at home and as my daughter got older it became a problem. I bit the Bullet and cuss rarely now and save it for a well deserved moment..

I think I used to cuss a bit much, but realized that it does nothing for me. I don't like the way it sounds when every other word out of someone's mouth is a cuss word. It doesn't sound good at all... I think a lot of people judge someone by the way they talk, too. I just find it easier to NOT cuss than to cuss, honestly. Although, I'm with VDL about having to 'let it out' occasionally!
