do you chug your proteinshake?

most of the time, do you chug your protein shake or drink it pretty quickly (finish it before doing anything else). or do you drink it as you would a normal drink?

i usually more or less chug mine right after i make it at the kitchen sink.

The one I usually take is made by "Ultramet" and it is pretty good. Provided you use a blender to mix it.

It has

45g protean
23g carbohydrate


mix it with ice and water.
