I think my office records all of the sites we visit on the web, so I only check this board at night. The traffic is so fast that I usually miss a lot. Just wondering if most of you guys who work at an office (not students, trainers, the self-employed or the unemployed) have the same issue.

Not me.. Dont want anyone to know my business. I used to work for an automotive distributor a few years ago, and all employees had their own personal ID and Password. The company kept track of everything and even fired people for using the computer for nonsense. You could check your emails and read the news and such, but alot of sites were blocked and you couldnt get on anyways..

Everything is blocked out on my internet at work. I can reach a few sites like www.weather.com, www.noaa.gov (learned a lot about weather there), and I think www.travelocity.com almost everything else is blocked. They have their own intranet so go figure.

I do but also work in the IT department and if any monitoring would be going on about employee's surfing the web, I'd be the first to know. It all depends on your company and how strict they are on surfing.

My buddy works for a computer store. And his company will sometimes install shit on business owners computers to watch what employees are doing. It takes screen shots. Not just internet history. Also emails. The people that work for her dont even know. She has fired prob a dozen people for online gaming/chatting/porn. Funny to see what everyone does at work.
