Do you always read the manual?

Maunufacturers and those that write Manuals have started to realize many don't read them and some insert a GETTING STARTED section for those that won't read the whole thing.

Just enough info to get you going so you can figure the rest out on your own.

As for me, I usually always look in the manual initially for the basics,
and then refer to it when I want to do something specific later.

The manual is always so boring. Then I wind up throwing it away. That's why I have no idea how to use my digital camera beyond the very most basic functions.

I have the single most important thing that makes me smarter than any manual, or even any map.......

A Dick....

LOL....I never look at a manual..

yeah i read the manuel but i dont understand it anyway so it dont do me any good

It depends on what it's for. A lot of times I won't unless I can't figure something out or am looking to use a feature unique to the item. Or, sometimes I'll read the 'Getting Started' section. Or, sometimes I just won't. LOL. Oftentimes I end up losing the manual, which I later end up trying to find for reference when I do want to look something up in it

Or do you just jump in and start putting things together
or plugging things up?

:D

Seriously, you just take the cap off the back. Put the batteries in. Put the cap back on and hit the button. Then it vibrates. I can't believe you are still asking about this...
