Do ya'll ever get really really tired......

and then get into bed and all of a sudden, you're not tired at all???


Fuck I hate this.

Welcome to every night of my life.

If I get tired then get up to go to bed I wake back up. I sleep on the couch a lot so I don't have as much trouble falling asleep. If I get tired I just lay back and sleep on the couch.

but usually if get all manicy, restless and hyper and stuff at night i was never tired to begin with and sleep is impossible.

otherwise if i'm really really and truly tired, i don't even have a chance of keeping my lids open.



um, if your tired and wanna go to sleep and cant its usually just overactive thoughts about whatever/whoever. it really helps to put on some soft music, turn off the lights and do some deep breathing while you lay in bed. sounds geigh but it really works for me. just focus on the slow intake and exhalation of your breath and it puts those other thoughts at bay, shuts them down for now. next thing you sunshine is on your face and your stretching deliciously in bed after a restful night.:p

nope. I can sleep on demand. Pretty much anywhere, anytime...I can sleep. It's basically like I just shut down. When my head hits the pillow I am out in 5 minutes or less.

I'll be sitting at the computer, nodding off, can barely keep my eyes open, go to bed, and lay there staring at the ceiling for hours. I hate that.
 
same. but for me its like 5 seconds or less

me too.
everyone in my family laughs at me because the second my head hits the pillow, i'm gone.

That happens to me about 5 night a week. I HATE it. Sometimes crosswords help... but usually not.
