I'm a guy and I can say for the most part that no , they don't; at least not like men do. As I dig deep into the feminine portion of my being, I can imagine that women are naturally drawn to a good male physique/face, and some of their minds might start to wander, but all in all, if that guy came up to them and said "I'm yours", they wouldn't know how to respond so quickly. Now obviously every girls' different: Some(those very in tune with their sexuality/horny) would jump him right there, but the vast majority would be startled and things might actually take a step backward; ie, that dude would have to work harder than before for that same girl.
Now, since women are so emotional,(no diss, I think it's great ) their menstrual cycle could play a slight role in their decision to commence a fling on such short notice also.

Men are more visual creatures, and while women can be visual as well, their natural instincts must usually be put on hold while they search for other, more personal conditions(getting to "know" the guy, develope feelings, etc.) to be met before they can get busy.
I would also imagine that this aspect of their psychological makeup kills them, especially if they like the guy, but it is almost all subconscious, and is something they must go through regardless.
This is just a generalization and doesn't apply to any one girl in particular.

you may have a high sex drive though, I find it differs in the female population. Also some women are muscle chasers while other don't care for that look.

Guys on the other hand can often be moved by the simple giggle of boobs. We are such simple creatures.
