She called her mother ALL THE TIME when we are out and I'm just hoping it doesn't confuse my daughter. Do you think we should correct people when then say that? It's usually always very nonchalant and in a casual setting.

You know she will be your wife and she already acts like a mother to your daughter. Who cares if she isn't her REAL Mom she is still her Mom none the less. No need to correct as long as the little one knows who her real mother is and always shows respect to both.

Yea, that's kind of the opinion I was holding as well. It's new to me and I never really knew what the response was, thanks for the reassurance.
 
You know I bet when you two have kids together I bet if you had a little girl she would look a lot like your daughter anyway. Does your daughter's Mom look a lot like your current gf or what?

Hmm yeah not really. I still think when you have kids with current girl that they would still look a lot like your daughter. Nobody would be able to tell they have different Mama :)
