Do Spike Insulin PWO?

I've heard argeuements of both sides, and was just wondering what you guys use. Also, post some of what your goals/current stats are (so I can get a better picture of who uses what). Thanks!

Theres really only one side to this argument, that your body needs the insulin spike post-workout.

Those two articles say basically all there is to be known about PWO. AS you will see, there is a formula for cutting and bulking.

Just do yourself a favor and MEASURE your quantites, don't trust the whey or whatever scoops, use a digital scale. This one meal you don't want to mess.
